Shipping policy

All orders are packaged and shipped within 48 business hours after receiving the order. If there are times there will be a delay, you will be notified in an email or before placing an order about the delay. Shipping will go through USPS and is only available to domestic US customers.

Pick-up orders: Orders can be picked up from a bin on the side of the house (the address will be emailed to you with pick-up confirmation when the order is ready). Orders will be ready for pick up within 48 business hours of when the order was placed. You will receive a message when your order is ready for pickup!

Jemm Boutique is not responsible for lost or stolen packages.

Hi, I'm Melissa, owner of Jemm Boutique.

By day, I'm a teacher, but I've always had a passion for fashion. For years, I dreamed of creating a place where women could find clothing that not only looks great but also makes them feel comfortable, confident, and truly themselves.

As a busy mom of four, I understand how easy it is to put yourself last. That's why Jemm Boutique was created, to be a place where women of all ages, sizes, and stages of life can find pieces that make them feel beautiful without sacrificing comfort.

The name Jemm holds a special place in my heart. It was created from the names of my three daughters and myself: Janyssa, Ellyanna, Macailey, and Melissa. Jemm represents family, strength, and the people who inspire me every day.

What began as a small dream, pop-up and online boutique has grown into a community of amazing women who support one another, celebrate life's moments, and believe that confidence starts with how you feel. Whether you're shopping for an everyday outfit, a special occasion, or simply a little boost of confidence, we're so glad you're here.
